I have talked to them on the phone, chat, and on the Apple Support, and have received good guidance each time¹. Their technicians are well-versed in their work, and they help their customers understand. Their warranty service is also very good, Getting repairs done at an Apple service center is also very easy, and they use genuine Apple parts. Their agents are Apple-trained, and they deal with their customers with trust. Hello! Our Dell Laptop had stopped working all of a sudden, we showed it to another shop before visiting Applefix and they had told us that we’d need to change the motherboard completely which would cost around Rs. 12,000 which was indeed very expensive for us. We came across Applefix through web search and visited the shop. We were very nervous as we needed the mail logs for an urgent reason. But to our surprise, they fixed the laptop without changing the motherboard in a very cost effective way and the laptop was delivered to us in time. Very professional and helpful people. Would specially like to mention Mr Shravan Tiwari, for his excellent knowledge of the products and very transparent dealing. My MacBook pro had a lot of issues when I brought it in for repair. Not only the issues were fixed, but also my laptop storage was upgraded to SSD and also the software updated. All this was done in reasonable/estimated span of time and at reasonable cost. Not to mention that the final charges were not too deviated from the estimate approved by me. I had issue with my mac, the screen was damaged, ssd had issue, my mac needed a much needed repair, replacement. I was updated on time, cost, post approval from me it went to repair. It was an awesome feeling. They shared small video for my first look, to see my mac back in the groove. I was facing issue with white screen on my iPhone 13 pro max. While searching the repair centers came accross Apple repair center and called up Shravan Sir who first of all helped me understand the issue and as promised repaired/fixed and handed over the phone back within 3 hrs. I had a good experience I brought my iMac pro which was not starting actually the display was not working ...then I got to know mother board & ic is not working so they took two days and they repaired my Mac and I am satisfied the fees was also moderate you will not complain. I used their services for 2 of my iMac mid2014 high sierra and 2010 model . One had outdated o/s not supporting even Google chrome and other was never upgraded. Mr. Shravan did fantastic job to make 2010 model operational. He gave 2GB Ram free of cost when he learnt tht the desktop shall be donated to an NGO. Thanks a ton for his kind gesture. Got my MacBook Air repaired here. They identified issues with the battery and the logic board and repaired it within a couple of days. The official apple service center at Vashi took 48 hours just to identify the issue and suggested replacing the entire logic board (which they always do cause they don’t repair it) Recommended to get your MacBook repaired here. A genuine review : troubled by OnePlus and suggested to replace motherboard (29000 inr) loosing my data for 3.5 years. Very responsive . Specially I would like to thanks Mr Shravan , who helped me a lot as my iCloud was not working and was not able to backup my phone and I was very tensed .
