I had an iPad that completely stopped working and was in excellent condition, but went on a recovery mode, after visiting the official Apple Store, I was told it was a hardware issue that it was an outdated model, so they refused to repair it. I was very disappointed with this response, as I felt left without options and wasted my money. I then visited AppleFix solutiona and to my surprise, they were able to fix the iPad and bring it back to life. I am very happy with their service, honesty, and willingness to try where others had given up. This experience showed me that sometimes third-party repair shops can go the extra mile to help customers, unlike the official service centers that simply deny support for older devices. Hello! Our Dell Laptop had stopped working all of a sudden, we showed it to another shop before visiting Applefix and they had told us that we’d need to change the motherboard completely which would cost around Rs. 12,000 which was indeed very expensive for us. We came across Applefix through web search and visited the shop. We were very nervous as we needed the mail logs for an urgent reason. But to our surprise, they fixed the laptop without changing the motherboard in a very cost effective way and the laptop was delivered to us in time. I had a very good experience with the Apple Repair Center at Wonder Mall, Thane. My one-year-old MacBook Air had its screen damaged when the magnetic charging tip accidentally got caught while closing the lid during my USA trip. In the US, I was told the screen replacement would cost around $250–350. After returning to India, most Apple service centers quoted about ₹60,000 for repair or offered a buyback of only ₹15,000, which was quite disappointing. While searching, I came across this service center, and they replaced the screen for ₹28,000 with a one-year guarantee. The repair was handled well, and for the last 4 months my MacBook is working as good as new. Very professional and helpful people. Would specially like to mention Mr Shravan Tiwari, for his excellent knowledge of the products and very transparent dealing. My MacBook pro had a lot of issues when I brought it in for repair. Not only the issues were fixed, but also my laptop storage was upgraded to SSD and also the software updated. I used their services for 2 of my iMac mid2014 high sierra and 2010 model . One had outdated o/s not supporting even Google chrome and other was never upgraded. Mr. Shravan did fantastic job to make 2010 model operational. He gave 2GB Ram free of cost when he learnt tht the desktop shall be donated to an NGO. Thanks a ton for his kind gesture.
