I had an iPad that completely stopped working and was in excellent condition, but went on a recovery mode, after visiting the official Apple Store, I was told it was a hardware issue that it was an outdated model, so they refused to repair it. I was very disappointed with this response, as I felt left without options and wasted my money. Hello! Our Dell Laptop had stopped working all of a sudden, we showed it to another shop before visiting Applefix and they had told us that we’d need to change the motherboard completely which would cost around Rs. 12,000 which was indeed very expensive for us. We came across Applefix through web search and visited the shop. We were very nervous as we needed the mail logs for an urgent reason. But to our surprise, they fixed the laptop without changing the motherboard in a very cost effective way and the laptop was delivered to us in time.
